Marius Schreyer, born in 1959 in Bytom, Poland is a designer, artist and curator. He graduated from the Hochschule für industrielle Formgestaltung, Halle Burg Giebichenstein as an Industrial Designer.
He followed this by studying for a master’s degree in Painting Graphics under Prof. Frank Ruddigkeit, also at the Hochschule für industrielle Formgestaltung, Halle Burg Giebichenstein.
Before he founded the Marius Schreyer Design design studio in 1999, Marius Schreyer worked with renowned designers and firms including Carlo Valli and William Sawaya, as well as with Schmitt + Sohn Elevators.
Marius Schreyer Design works in the areas of space, product, communication and exhibition.
Work by Marius Schreyer Design has been awarded numerous design prizes.
Andreas Wedel heads the “strategic development of our services” with focus on digital remote services.
His career began at the end of 1987 during his electrical engineering studies at Schmitt + Sohn.
For many years, he was responsible for the operation and infrastructure of the company’s 24/7 emergency call and service control centres.
Rainer Schmitt studied Business Administration, specialising in Marketing, Sales and Human Resources. He began his career in 1992 at Wittur and in 1999 became the Head of the Marketing and Sales department. From 2006 to 2012, he was Managing Director of First Aufzugteile GmbH. From 2012 to 2018, he was then the head of the national and international new installation sales department at Vestner Aufzüge GmbH. Since 2019, Rainer Schmitt has been the head of new installation sales at Schmitt + Sohn Elevators and decisively controls the strategic planning and implementation of the sales activities.
With his extensive experience in the lift industry and expertise in the management of sales projects, he shapes the long-term success of the company.
